Frank "Paul" Schoorens Jr 1953-2008 KF4QPR was granted by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Mar 21, 2005. 

Frank P. Schoorens Jr. PORTSMOUTH - Frank P. "Paul" Schoorens Jr., 55, died Aug. 19, 2008. A native of Washington, D.C., he had been a Hampton Roads resident for most of his life and had served in the U.S. Army. A truck driver for Simms Metal in Chesapeake, he was an avid ham radio operator and loved to tinker with electronics. He attended Faith Church of God.

Preceded in death by his father, Frank P. Schoorens Sr., survivors include his wife, Tracey Schoorens; his mother, Marie G. Schoorens of Hampton; his sister and brother-in-law, Linda G. and William K. Miller of Arkansas; his brothers and sister-in-law, Richard Schoorens and Brian D. and Mary S. Schoorens, all of Hampton; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday in Faith Church of God by Pastor Don Back. Memorials may be made to Bon Secours Hospice, 3636 High St., Portsmouth, VA 23707.
